Welcome to our ONLINE booking platform. If you are a new client, please book the Exam Treatment option. If you have a new injury OR have not been in our clinic for a few months, please book the Re-Evaluation option. This allows our therapists to have more time for you to assess and treat you properly. Alternatively, call us to book at: 1 (844) 844-4248. You must input a valid credit card into our system to use the online booking system. This card will not be billed until your appointment. In the case of a no show or last minute cancellation under our cancellation policy, your card WILL be billed for a non-attendance fee.

Dr. Nikhil Bair-Patel BSc DC

Dr. Nik Bair-Patel is the Visionary and owner of Integrated Health Centre. He is also a very busy practicing Chiropractor.

Dr. Nik graduated from the University of Toronto (Deans List) in 1984 with an Honours BSc in Microbiology and Psycho-neuroimmunology. He then attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in 1991. Dr. Bair-Patel’s post-graduate training includes Acupuncture and Applied Kinesiology (AK), and he is currently studying Functional Medicine in order to further his options in patient treatment.

Dr. Bair-Patel moved to Pembroke in 1992. Pembroke was the hometown region of his wife, Rebecca, who was born and raised in Petawawa. Originally from Toronto, he fell in love with the Ottawa Valley and decided it was the perfect place to raise their family.

Tia Gravel

Tia was born and raised here in Pembroke, Ontario. she is a registered practical nurse with specialized training in advanced foot care and diabetic foot care. She is a nurse in LTC in Pembroke and has worked in geriatrics for more than 5 years. Tia greatly enjoys working with seniors however can provide foot care to all ages. Her services include but are not limited to: diabetic foot care, corn/callus removal, nail trims and reduction of thick nails, maintenance of ingrown nails, treatment of cracks and fissures, removal of dry skin and moisturizing/foot massage.
